Tonight from 7-9 there will be an opening reception held for Gary Lieb's new exhibition at Jim Brooks Gallery at Fairmont State University. Anyone in the area should stop in and check it out, it's a wonderful opportunity to see his work. On display will also be his collaborative ceramic pieces, completed with Jeff Greenham - which I am particularyly interested in seeing.

Lieb's illustrations and cartoons have appeared in The New Yorker, Musician Magazine, The New York Observer, Raw, Blab and as weekly features in The New York Press.

Here is a very nice post with great pics of installation from the Fine Arts Tatler: http://fineartsfsu.wordpress.com/2011/01/25/artist-in-residence-gary-leib-to-exhibit-new-work/
